Home is Where the Heart Is

“In February 2019, the Bedford County Listening Project launched a community survey focused on housing and rental challenges and partnered with a PhD candidate at Middle Tennessee State University. Over the course of ten months they spoke with 230 renters in the county and found that renters, especially renters with lower incomes, face a myriad of issues finding safe, affordable and stable housing.”
