We are organizing with all our neighbors, and welcome folks from all our communities; we are an anti-racist group organizing with renters and our allies for a safer community! We deserve safe housing.
In February 2019, the Bedford County Listening Project launched a community survey focused on housing and rental challenges. The survey found that 94% of the residents surveyed have trouble finding safe, affordable housing. You can read the full report here.
To help solve this problem, we provide resources for landlord-tenant issues and to help with reporting code violations. We also have a form where you can report and get help with landlord issues.
